Pension Contribution

Our Pension contributions ensure a secure future for our employees. All Trade employees are automatically enrolled with the Construction Workers Pension Scheme. All Support staff are given automatic membership of the Suir Engineering Pension Scheme.

All employees have Life Insurance cover. Our life insurance contributions provide peace of mind and financial security for employees and loved ones.

Employee wellbeing

Suir Engineering has a comprehensive well-being and employee engagement calendar of events. Our 'Are You Ok?' philosophy is supported by our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and is available to all employees and their families. We are proud sponsors of the Lighthouse Club and our sites have trained Mental Health First Aiders.

Maternity leave, Adoptive leave, Paternity leave

Suir Engineering recognises that the birth of a child is a momentous and wonderful time for our employees. We also understand the additional financial costs of welcoming a baby. Our Family Policies include a top-up payment for Maternity, Adoptive and Paternity leave.
